LIP LICKING GOOD!

This was what Jennifer Pagnanelli’s sign at the Mohican Chili Cook-Off read. On September 18th at Mohican State Forest, Jennifer represented Licking OHC with her chili entry and won 2nd place for our county! Way to go Jennifer!!!

The judges ranked the chili: Union County 1st place, Licking County 2nd place, and Wayne County 3rd place, with Franklin, Stark, Warren, and Logan not placing.

Wayne County did come in as having the best booth. They had a Tiki Bar.

Last year Jennifer, also represented Licking County and came in 3rd place for us.  We can only hope she continues to move up in the ranking! Jennifer told us at the September monthly meeting that she thinks she knows the secret now of what the judges likes and will be ready for next year!

We had sixteen members supporting our chapter at the cook-off: Don & Mari Bauer, Tom & Janet Canter, Todd & Eve Coleton, Addelynn Ware, Craig & Charlene Santee, Mike & Cinda Wilson, Nancy Worley, and Diane Collins.

We had perfect weather for riding, great food at the cook-off, great camping, coming in 2nd place with our chili, good entertainment, spending time with fellow OHC  members, and members from other chapters. What more could you ask for!
